Carved xps foam skull from a block of xpsfoam 200mmx200mmx150mm. Mostly Carved with a scalpel then sanded down. One coat of matt black paint. Next step would probably make a latex mould and cast it in a resin concrete.

The method on this video is quit inspiring and works very well for making pawns for chess. This method would also work for making a pattern that could be used to make a mould to make a concrete cast garden bird feeder.
