XPS foam green man carving. Carved from a block of 75mm thick xpsfoam. I think the panel was either 200mmx300mm or 300mmx400mm.
Tools used to carve xps foam, scalpel, sand paper, soldering iron with a variable temperature control, small metal files, an electric hot wand tool with a variable temperature control. Remember to use a face dust mask and work in a well ventilated area.
