How wire cut to shape. Base weighted with gravel and concrete.
One final thing needs to be done. I just need to seal the top of the item with a white cement mix or something that is not toxic to the birds, I think I still have an epoxy that is bird safe hidden in the garage. that’s going to be fun trying to find that.
