To make a polystyrene bird table, carve a thick block of expanded polystyrene (EPS) into your desired tray shape. Coat the foam entirely with a bird-safe, non-toxic render like white Portland cement or exterior acrylic grout to protect it from pecking birds and weather. Once dry, seal it with a clear outdoor bird safe sealant.
